The decision to sell my house was a big one. And next came the choice of a realtor. Knowing that there are so many realtors, I relied on my referral sources and Nancy was referred to me by a friend. Although my past history left me leery of the experience again, I knew I wanted total dedication to my needs and a person with full time experience and knowledge. A house is a very personal thing and is injected with personality, style and reflections of the owner. This is singular in nature to the homeowner but a realtor sells “many” homes and thus must have the innate ability to understand that each and every homeowner is different and she must preserve the homeowner’s feelings, choices and decisions while weaving in her expertise about current market trends, historical patterns, education about realty and internal ideas that will move the property. I met Nancy under very trying times and circumstance. My mother had taken ill suddenly and we had to sell our beloved home very quickly and unexpectedly.
